Promotions are a sign that one's effort, work, behavior, commitment
have not just passed by without notice.
It is a sign that your contributions to the company, no matter how small,
have been noticed and this is evidence.
In this recent round of promotions, everyone was promoted.
This shows how important each and every one of you are,
